What We Collect

- Files you upload for the purpose of preparing AS9102 FAIR documentation.
Where Data Lives
Uploads and generated files are stored in AWS GovCloud (US). Order and payment are processed by Stripe in the commercial partition; we do not store your full payment card details.
How We Use Data
- To deliver the requested services and support.
- To secure and monitor the service (logs, abuse prevention).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Retention
Default retention for uploads and generated files is 90 days from delivery, unless otherwise agreed. You may request earlier deletion.
Security
We use KMS encryption, TLS, access controls, and logging as described on /compliance.
Your Choices
Contact us to request deletion or to update account information. Some records may be retained as required by law or for security.
