Harley & Son is ITAR registered. We handle export‑controlled data in accordance with applicable laws using U.S. persons and AWS GovCloud (US) infrastructure.

Customer Obligations

You are responsible for proper classification and marking of any data you provide and for ensuring you are authorized to share it with us.

Data Residency and Transfer

We do not intentionally export export‑controlled technical data. Files and generated outputs are stored in GovCloud (US) and are not transferred to commercial regions.
